Generally staff were very helpful though I found that sometimes I was not fully informed of what was going on. However the availability of staff and support during times of distress did vary a lot.

Our daughter was well cared for and looked after at the Highfield which is all you can ask for in many ways.

Sometimes she wasn’t getting up in the mornings which may have benefitted from a more consistent approach and she came home once for leave without all her medication and inappropriate footwear
